Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SMIP platform at smip.site ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SMIP is an analytics platform that allows users to connect their Instagram Business or Creator accounts via official Meta OAuth and view analytics data, engagement metrics, and performance reports within their personal dashboard.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at stepstepan2@gmail.com of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others

When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account:

• You must own or have legal authorization to connect that account
• You grant SMIP permission to access data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may revoke this access at any time via Instagram Settings or your SMIP account
• We only request permissions necessary to provide the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Use the Service to collect data on other users without their consent

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process your data only as described therein and in compliance with applicable law.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your own data) are owned by SMIP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Analytics data will be 100% accurate at all times
• The Service will meet all your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting stepstepan2@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
